Western behavioural science gives us structure, predictability, and measurable pattern analysis. Eastern frameworks of perception give us the relational intelligence that Western models routinely miss.

My work integrates the DISC behavioural framework with Eniostyle — a sophisticated personality typology that maps how individuals receive, process, and transmit information at a structural level — producing a diagnostic precision that neither system achieves alone.
